Take a look at what got Tara started and how the challenge has helped her

BEFORE:  I am entering this challenge because I’m tired of being unhealthy.  I’m tired of seeing people obtain their weight loss goals and not having the courage or dedication to the same.  I don’t want to hide behind filters and right angles in pictures.  I want my 3 daughters to see me want something so bad, go after it and accomplish it.  I want my husband to see my determination.  Most importantly, I just want to feel good, look good and be an example to others.

21 Days AFTER: Thank you so much for creating this program.  Each day I saw how stronger I was getting.  I would push myself to go harder than the day before.  Midweek 2, I started to feel undefeated as I felt much change wasn’t happening to my body but I reminded myself it wasn’t 2 weeks of unhealthy eating that got me in this state so it’s not going to take 2 weeks to get me out of it. By the end of week 3, I was soaring through the workouts.  I’m glad I didn’t give up and plan to continue workout daily and live a healthier life.
