Shaquita is a new member to my group with important goals! To live a long, fit life with her new baby boy! She has worked hard on making good food choices and sharing it with my private Facebook group and on her instagram account. And although she did not submit her “after” photos it is important that she knows I have been watching and I want her to keep pushing for not only her son, but for herself. “I am so excited to start this fitness journey with Brittne Babe Fitness. I am a first time Mom to my handsome 2 year old son. I was in really good shape and lived a fairly healthy lifestyle prior to my pregnancy. However, since giving birth May 2017, I have found it to be difficult to return to my healthy lifestyle. I have allowed work and “Mom Life” to become my excuse for being too busy to eat better or workout. The other day I was playing with my son and I became so tired so easily. I realized that I no longer wanted to be a tired, overworked, overwhelmed, and sluggish Mom. I am feeling motivated now more than ever to live a healthy lifestyle so that I can be present for my son without limitations, and set an example for my son to follow. My goal for the next 21 days is to complete this fitness challenge and become a better version of me, and more importantly, a better Mother for my son. #BrittneBabe21DayChallenge let’s go!!!”
