BEFORE:
“I am entering the 21 day challenge with hopes of building a better body so that I am more confident in myself. My problem areas are my stomach and back. I do workout occasionally, but I don’t see the results that I would like. I usually never complete a challenge because of work. I realized that if I want it bad enough I have to figure out ways to push through – even when I’m exhausted. My goal for 2019 is to change my eating habits, live a healthier lifestyle, and to build a better body (look good naked)!! Seeing other people’s results from the group definitely motivated me to get back in the game!!!”
21 DAYS AFTER:
“This challenge by far was very challenging to me. It is actually the first one I’ve ever finished… although I’ve purchased many. For me, the hardest part is always finding the time and the motivation to workout. The challenge itself was awesome. The meal plan was great, simple, and effective (just how I like it). Even the keto meal plan was great because I did 1 week with no carbs. Although I didn’t have a drastic change, I had enough to keep me motivated and continue the workouts!!!”
