Maliha came in fifth place for my winter challenge!  Take a look at what got her started and how the challenge has helped her.


Day One:  “I decided to join the #BrittneBabe21DayChallange after losing over sixty pounds on my own.  I am still needing to lose about twenty more and I feel like this challenge will help me achieve this goal as well as tone up.  I know my body will never be like it was before the birth of my daughter, but I promise you it will be better.  I already lost ten pounds in the last challenge. I am going to push myself even harder and I will succeed.”

Day Twenty-One:  “It was great!  I had to do the HIIT workout advanced and beginners 3-5x at least.  That worked out well for me.”
