Take a look at what got Magdalla started and how the challenge has helped her BEFORE: I am entering this competition because I want to lose weight and get toned. I have tried a variety of fitness workouts and none of them have produced results that I’m proud of. It takes 21 days to start a habit so I hope that this challenge will be different! I am also very competitive so I think the contest is an extra motivator to stick to it. I never know how to eat well either, so this is the perfect combination of everything I need to look and feel better! 21 Days AFTER: This challenge really pushed me to add exercising and eating well to my everyday life. This is something that I never thought I could do, but it was well worth it. Immediately I felt stronger, better and lighter on my feet. I’m definitely going to continue adding these workouts and meal plans to my regular routine.
