BEFORE: I’m May 2018 I began my to get really serious about my fitness journey. Around this time is when I started to incorporate resistance training into my workouts. I began to look at different female fitness influencers on YouTube and Instagram and stumbled across your page. Since then you have become a huge inspiration to me and I am honored to finally be trying your program!!

21 Days AFTER:  This was truly a great experience! Even after falling off and almost deciding to start over I stuck it out and became more determined to see results. The workouts were very challenging but also very rewarding.
