BEFORE: I entered this contest because I need to jumpstart my weightloss journey. 2 months ago, I was going strong with my journey. I worked out 6-8 times a week and my eating was OK. Wedding planning stress got the best of me and I went off track. My honeymoon is in May and I would love to feel sexy again but most importantly, I want to feel HEALTHY again.

21 Days AFTER:  I definitely see and feel a difference. My endurance is almost back to where it use to be. I’m sure I would see an even greater transformation if I had followed the plan to the T. The plan was simple and convenient. It gave me no excuse to skip  workouts especially with them being as short as 20 minutes. All in all, it was a good jumpstart to my health journey.
