Day 1 I am joining the challenge to gain strength, maintain weight and tone my body. After doing way too much talking, I’m finally ready to take back control of health goals. I want to reintroduce healthy habits back into my lifestyle and I’m hoping this challenge will be the path to that goal. I plan on pushing my self beyond my limits and truly being dedicated to look into the mirror and seeing a healthier happier version of myself. My two starting photos are attached. Day 21 Your program wasn’t just good for my physical health, but my mental health as well. Although I feel could’ve pushed harder, I am so happy (really really happy) that I was able to break the chain of saying I’ll do it tomorrow, or I’m tired. This program kickstarted a chain of habits I don’t want to let go eve again. Thank you Brittne!
