Before: I entered this 21day special edition challenge to get into the best shape I can after having a baby. I fully believe in Brittne’s workouts and have seen results and can’t wait to see my end results! 

21 Days Later: This challenge had made me so strong. I was never really able to push up more than a couple times and this workout has me doing more than I could ever imagine. My core is a lot stronger than it’s ever been too. I can’t wait to continue doing these workouts until I reach my goal weight.
