I work my abs every day!  The goal is to keep my core as strong and tight as possible so that I can eliminate back pain and navigate through my training easily.   I also keep my diet in control so that I can reveal all of my hard work with belly shirts, lol.  Each week I create 5-10 minute daily ab routines to keep my training challenging and exciting.
