Variety in exercise is key and no muscle group should be left neglected if you want your body to function effectively!

If you are experiencing back pain, strengthening your core is imperative which is why I added the stability ball. Try the moves with low weights if this is your first time and gradually increase over time.

Perform each exercise 10x (10 reps) with little to no breaks, and repeat the routine twice!
